First, it goes through a dust removal and flame arrester system, then enters the heat exchanger, and then is sent to the heating chamber to reach the combustion reaction temperature. Then, through the action of the catalytic bed, the organic waste gas is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water. Then it enters the heat exchanger to exchange heat with low-temperature gas, raising the temperature of the incoming gas to the reaction temperature. If the reaction temperature is not reached, the heating system compensates for the heating through the automatic control system, using the catalyst as an intermediate to convert the organic gas into harmless water and carbon dioxide gas at a lower temperature.

The working principle of a furniture spray booth

After the airflow is filtered by the bottom water filter, it is discharged at high altitude through the exhaust duct.
