Characteristics of catalytic combustion equipment
Catalytic combustion equipment also has the following characteristics:
1. The equipment's electric heating power is divided into two or three groups, and the automatic switching on and off of the electric heating system is achieved through a temperature controller. The gas above 200oC discharged from the combustion chamber is used to heat the catalyst bed, thus achieving energy saving.
2. Part of the purified gas is passed through a heat exchanger to save energy.
3. Catalytic combustion uses flameless combustion, which is essentially different from ordinary open-flame combustion. Its principle is to change the cracking reaction time and speed of harmful gases through the action of a catalyst.
4. The equipment is equipped with a dust removal and flame arrester to prevent the generation of open-flame combustion of oils and flammable particles, thus ensuring the safety of the equipment and the factory.
5. Through extensive engineering practice, our company has developed a new generation of catalytic combustion devices. The core technology of this device is to use infrared heating to replace the original electric heating. Its principle is that compared with traditional electric heating catalytic combustion devices, it can save 80% of electricity costs. Compared with direct combustion heating, it can save 50%.
