The overall mobile spray booth is designed to solve the problems of grinding, spraying, and drying large, medium-sized, and heavy equipment and parts that are inconvenient or difficult to move.
The mobile spray booth is designed to solve the problems of grinding, painting, and drying large, medium-sized, and heavy equipment and components that are inconvenient or difficult to move.
The mobile spray booth consists of a mobile booth body, a booth drive system, a lighting system, a top air supply system, a top heating system, a ground trench paint mist purification system, an outdoor water curtain purification system, and an activated carbon purification system.
Workpieces can be transported to the designated spray booth work area by forklift or crane. Grinding, painting, and drying do not interfere with each other and can be performed simultaneously. When a ground workpiece needs to be painted, the booth drive system is activated to move the spray booth to the painting area. Then, the roll-up doors at the booth entrance and exit are closed. The air supply system is started to blow the dust generated by the grinding workpiece into the ground trench. Simultaneously, the corresponding outdoor water curtain purification system is activated, and the paint mist generated during painting is purified in the water by the water curtain purifier. The waste gas in the paint mist and the waste gas generated by drying in the mobile spray booth are purified by the activated carbon purifier.
