Methods for using a high-temperature paint booth
Control system settings:
Spray painting:
1. Spray paint temperature controller: Sets whether to heat the paint according to the ambient temperature, or to spray paint at room temperature.
2. Spray painting time is set to 0-2 hours.
Baking paint:
1. Baking paint temperature controller: Set the temperature to 30-60℃ according to the paint requirements.
2. Baking time is set to 0-1 hour.
Specific steps:
Spray painting:
1. Place the workpiece in the center of the baking room.
2. Turn on the power key switch, the power indicator light will turn on.
3. Turn on the lighting switch, the lighting indicator light will turn on.
4. Turn on the spray paint switch, the spray paint indicator light will turn on.
Baking paint:
1. Send the workpiece to the baking position and close the door.
2. Turn on the baking switch.
3. Turn off the lighting switch.
4. After the baking operation is completed, turn off all switches.
