IV. Air Circulation System
  The air circulation system consists of a complete set of units, including a set of fans. Two 3KW fans supply air, with a total air volume of 24000 square meters, ensuring an air velocity of >0.3m/s. This ensures rapid air circulation in the room, no paint mist residue, and protects the health of operators and the spraying effect. The fans are spray and baking paint booth-specific air conditioners produced using Siemens technology. They have a compact structure, low power consumption, and stable performance.
V. Paint Mist Treatment System
  The paint mist treatment uses water filtration, which has low operating costs, ideal paint mist adsorption, and good results. Indoor noise complies with GBJ87-85 "Industrial Enterprise Noise Control Design Specifications", not exceeding 85 decibels. The current development status and working structure principle of spray baking paint booths in China: Domestic spray baking paint booths range in price from 22,000 to 60,000 yuan for low-to-mid-range models and from 60,000 to 150,000 yuan for high-end models. There are many types of products. The main types available include: outdoor rainproof baking paint booths, fuel-fired high-temperature baking paint booths, teaching spray baking paint booths, large-scale passage-type baking paint booths, environmentally friendly baking paint booths, infrared baking paint booths, and standard baking paint booths, each with different functions. General baking paint booths use a prefabricated structure, with the body made of plug-in insulated spray-painted wall panels for good sealing and insulation. The side of the body is equipped with a work door for easy access for staff, and an aluminum alloy-edged door with an observation window in the center to allow for observation of the interior.
