Then it enters the heat exchanger to exchange heat with low-temperature gas, raising the temperature of the incoming gas to the reaction temperature. If the reaction temperature is not reached, the heating system compensates for the heating through the automatic control system, using the catalyst as an intermediate to convert the organic gas into harmless water and carbon dioxide gas at a lower temperature.
Application range of RCO catalytic combustion exhaust gas treatment equipment:
1. Treatment of mixed organic waste gases such as benzene, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, esters, phenols, ethers, and alkanes.
2. Suitable for organic waste gas purification in chemical, plastic, rubber, pharmaceutical, printing, pesticide, and shoe-making industries.

It has a large specific surface area, low resistance, and high purification rate; the waste heat can be returned to the drying channel to reduce the power consumption in the original drying channel; it can also be used as a heat source for other aspects; it has a long service life, and the catalyst is generally replaced every two years, and the carrier can be regenerated.
