Daily Cleaning of a High-Temperature Paint Baking Room

High-temperature paint baking rooms have environmental requirements; carelessness can cause fires, so cleanliness is essential. Below are some daily cleaning methods:

1. Clean the intake dust filter of the high-temperature paint baking room weekly, check the exhaust dust filter for blockages, and replace the exhaust dust filter if the room pressure increases without reason;

2. Clean the room's walls, glass, and floor base daily to prevent the accumulation of dust and paint dust;

3. The intake dust filter of the high-temperature paint baking room should be replaced every 300 hours of operation;

4. The floor dust filter cotton should be replaced every 150 hours of operation;

5. Clean the floor water pan of the high-temperature paint baking room monthly and clean the diesel filter on the burner;

6. Check the tension of the drive belts of the intake and exhaust motors every quarter;

7. Clean the entire paint baking room and floor every six months, check the circulating air damper, intake and exhaust fan bearings, check the burner's exhaust duct, clean the sediment in the fuel tank, clean the water-based protective film of the paint baking room and re-spray;

8. Clean the entire heat exchanger annually, including the combustion chamber and exhaust duct, and replace the paint baking room top cotton annually or every 1200 hours of operation.
