The woodworking central dust removal equipment works on the principle of negative pressure. It has uniform suction and stable wind pressure coefficient. Its fan is located behind the dust collector, sucking wood chips and dust from the material outlets of woodworking machinery in the workshop. The wood chips and dust are blown into the dust collector, and then separated from the gas by the filter bags. The dust adhering to the filter bags falls into the dust collection box through vibration. In this way, even after prolonged operation, the fan will not have dust sticking to the impeller and air box, preventing impeller imbalance.

Because the workshop dust is light and fine, effective collection and processing require the following technical considerations:
1. This ventilation and dust removal system must be unaffected by dust characteristics and dust concentration without affecting machine operation.
2. The dust removal equipment must effectively recover the collected dust, especially the fine and light floating dust, which can remain suspended in the air. The dust removal efficiency of the dust collector for this part of the suspended dust must be high enough to meet environmental requirements for gas emissions.
3. The system must have inherent fire and explosion prevention functions to prevent fires and ensure safe and stable operation.
