The structure of a baghouse dust collector mainly consists of an upper box, a middle box, a lower box (hopper), a cleaning system, and a ash discharge mechanism. In addition to the correct selection of filter bag materials, the cleaning system plays a decisive role in the performance of the baghouse dust collector. Therefore, the cleaning method is one of the characteristics of the zoned baghouse dust collector and an important part of its operation.

③ Replacement of spare parts due to damage to equipment parts;
④ Local improvement repairs due to existing structural defects in the equipment;
⑤ Repair of parts due to other reasons.
III. Measures:
① The repair content should be clear, and it should be carried out synchronously with equipment maintenance, and the technical performance should be restored on site;
② Before starting the repair project, the repair plan should be scientific and effective measures should be taken to ensure that the problem is solved;
③ Minor repair projects with safety requirements should be handled during shutdown.
