Mobile telescopic spray booths are a type of simple, environmentally friendly equipment developed in recent years for removing paint mist and dust. This is a practical product specifically developed to solve the problem of moving large workpieces. The production process simplifies the continuous use of workshop driving and the process of lifting large workpieces back and forth.
The main purpose of the mobile telescopic spray booth is to save the comprehensive utilization of the workshop work area, and it has been successfully applied to the aerospace, locomotives, electric motors, power equipment, engineering machinery and machine tool industries.
Mobile telescopic spray booths are mainly dry; some special spray booths require a small water curtain cabinet. These spray booths generally do not have high requirements for air cleanliness, paint mist removal efficiency, exhaust gas treatment efficiency, and paint film grade, and are suitable for simple spraying, polishing, and puttying processes.
A mobile telescopic spray booth is a steel frame structure that can move back and forth. The sliding connection mechanism between the frames ensures that the frames move vertically and horizontally along the ground track under the drive of the drive device, while the tarpaulin is opened and closed. When the mobile chamber is retracted and closed, the workpiece will move into the work area; when it is expanded, the workpiece can be sprayed or polished. During non-spraying work, the active area can be closed to make room for other procedures that cross the spraying operation. According to customer requirements, the paint mist treatment equipment can be of two types: wet (water curtain without pump, water curtain) or dry (filter cotton, baffle).
