1. Daily maintenance includes: cleaning the walls, glass, and floor of the room to prevent the accumulation of dust and paint dust. Cleaning dust will effectively improve the quality of paint spraying in the retractable spray booth; cleaning paint dust is also important, as paint dust is highly flammable. Timely cleaning can also reduce the risk of fire.
2. Clean the intake dust filter weekly and check the exhaust dust filter for blockage. If the air pressure in the room increases inexplicably, the exhaust dust filter must be replaced.
The exhaust dust filter should be checked more frequently. The frequency of checking the intake dust filter depends more on the air quality of the external environment. If the outside air is cleaner, the intake dust filter will be relatively less dirty and easier to clean. The exhaust dust filter must also be checked at least once a week. As the working time increases, the dust on the retractable spray booth will continue to increase and accumulate to a certain extent. As mentioned above, due to the intake, the air pressure inside the room will increase. If the exhaust is unobstructed, cleaning alone cannot solve the problem in this case; the exhaust dust filter needs to be replaced.
3. If the retractable spray booth operates for more than 150 hours, the dust-proof fiber cotton on the floor needs to be replaced. Please note that this refers to the operating time, i.e., the running time of the spray booth.
4. If the operating time exceeds 300 hours, check whether the intake and exhaust filters need to be replaced, as they should be replaced under normal circumstances.
5. Clean the floor water pan and the diesel filter on the burner monthly. Of course, this means that if the diesel is very clean, the cleaning time of the filter device can be extended.
6. Check the drive belts of the intake and exhaust fans of the retractable spray booth for looseness (check quarterly). If loose, it is recommended to replace the belts.
7. Every six months, the entire spray booth and floor mesh should be cleaned; the circulating air valve, intake and exhaust fan bearings should be checked; the exhaust duct of the burner should be checked; and the sediment in the oil tank should be checked. The water-based protective film of the spray booth should be cleaned and re-sprayed.
8. The entire heat exchanger of the retractable spray booth, including the combustion chamber and exhaust duct, should be cleaned annually. The paint-coated roof cotton should be replaced annually or every 1200 hours of operation.
