1. Pretreatment Equipment
The spray-type multi-station pretreatment assembly is a commonly used equipment in surface treatment,whose principle is to use mechanical washing to accelerate chemical reactions to complete the processes of degreasing,phosphating,and water washing. The typical process of steel parts spray-type pretreatmentis: predegreasing,degreasing,water washing,water washing,pH adjustment, phosphating , water washing,water washing,pure water washing. Pretreatment can also be adopted by shot blasting machine,which is suitable for structurally simple,severely rusted,oil-free or lightly oiled steel parts without water pollution.
2. Powder Spraying System

4.Oven
The oven is one of the important equipment in the painting production line. The uniformity of temperature is an important index to ensure the quality of the coating. The heating methods of the oven are:radiation,hot air circulation,and radiation and hot air circulation,etc. According to the production specifications,it can be divided into single- chamber and through-type,etc. The equipment form is straight-through and bridge type. The thermal insulation of the hot air circulation oven is good,the temperature uniformity in the furnace is good,and the heat loss is less. After testing,the furnace temperature difference is less than ±3℃,which can reach the performance indicators of similar products in advanced countries.
5. Heat source system
Hot air circulation is a heating method that is widely used. It uses the principle of convection and conduction to heat the oven and achieve the drying and curing of the workpiece. The heat source
can be selected according to the user's specific situation: electricity,steam,gas or fuel oil,etc. The heat source box can be determined according to the situation of the oven: located at the top,bottom and side.
