2、The principle of the water curtain spray paint cabinet The water-spinning spray cabinet directly uses the pump to lift the water in the water tank to form a circulating water curtain. The air containing paint mist immediately enters the boiling stirring channel after the first interception of the water curtain in front of it. When the air swept through the water surface below the channel, the water was guided into the channel due to the high-speed effect. When the air reached the top of the channel, the velocity of the air flow decreased. The boiling water droplets are fully mixed and stirred with the air stream, and the particles will be thoroughly cleaned into the water, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning and purifying the paint fog particles. Part of the lifted water follows the air flow into the air collecting box, and separates the air from the water through the shunt grille. The purified air after separation is discharged to the outside through the exhaust fan. The separated water is deposited at the bottom of the air collecting box, collected into the overflow tank and spilled onto the water curtain plate to form a circulating water curtain. which effectively removes the paint fog particles in the air and provides the operator with a clean working environment. The whole machinewater can be recycled.
