Working Principle of Cyclone Tower
Under the action of centrifugal force, the dusty gas in the cyclone spray tower performs a transverse centripetal movement, resulting in a longer residence time for the dusty gas and better washing effect. This thoroughly improves the technical defects of incomplete dust removal and easy blockage of the spray tower under certain specific operating conditions. The product uses specialized technology to prevent blockage of the water pump and nozzles, greatly improving production efficiency. The water in the pool can be recycled to avoid the trouble caused by secondary pollution, saving water resources. Several "circular cyclone barrels" and high-efficiency demisting plates are installed inside the cyclone tower. Solid packing balls are placed in the cyclone barrels, and the topmost demisting plate is used to purify the water mist to achieve the purpose of dewatering. The dusty gas swirls upward in the tower and comes into contact with the liquid swirling down from the top of the tower on each plate to complete the dust removal task; under the action of centrifugal force, large particles in the waste gas sink into the pool and are finally manually removed from the casing. In this way, the gas is purified and discharged to meet the standards, and the water in the cyclone tower can continue to be recycled.

The TS series cyclone spray tower embeds a "pneumatic mixed-flow waste gas purification system" on the basis of an ordinary spray painting water curtain cabinet.
