Appropriate lighting is a very important standard for mobile spray booths, the importance of which is reflected in the following: For some workpieces with relatively flat paint structures and simple structures, a slight lack of lighting is acceptable. However, for some complex workpieces, insufficient lighting may lead to a series of painting problems in some local painting areas, such as thickness, thinness, lack of coating, flow, etc.
Mobile spray booth manufacturers will show you the requirements for natural light sources for mobile spray booths. Light sources are not only artificial light sources. If there is a natural light source, the natural light source should be the main light source, but sunlight should not be directly shone on the surface of the paint, which will affect the painting effect. In larger cases, we can avoid direct sunlight by using baffles to soften the light without affecting the overall lighting. We should also pay attention to the direction of the light, and do not let the natural light source easily find the eyes of the staff, but in many cases, natural light is difficult to ensure the sufficiency of the light source. Usually, the area of windows used for lighting should not be less than 20% of the lighting area.
Even if the size of the skylight of the mobile spray booth is appropriate, it is difficult to ensure sufficient lighting because the natural light source is too unstable. In this case, artificial light sources must be provided. Then the mobile spray booth manufacturer will say a few more words about the lighting effect requirements of artificial light sources: Artificial light sources should be as uniform as possible, and the light intensity should not be less than 500LX. If necessary, local artificial lighting can be added separately.
