1. Operators must undergo rigorous training before operating the equipment.
2. Before operation, the spray booth and surface drying room should be cleaned and dried. Operators must wear personal protective equipment and be neatly dressed before entering the work area.
3. It is necessary to clean the retractable mobile spray booth according to seasonal changes. For example, there are many mosquitoes in summer, so if necessary, use insecticide to eliminate them.
4. After turning on the fan, check if the fan is working properly, check if the fan pressure and sound are normal. If there is an abnormal sound, immediately turn it off for inspection and close the drying box door.
5. When spraying paint in the retractable mobile spray booth, the spraying direction of the spray gun should be accurately controlled. The ideal position should be facing the outlet grille, and avoid spraying paint towards the surface drying room.
6. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to open or close the doors, especially the drying room door.
7. The external air filter cotton of the retractable mobile spray booth should be cleaned regularly, usually once a week. For fine filters, the cleaning time can be extended, usually once a month. The cleaning method is air cleaning. Do not use water to wash. If cleaning is not carried out for a long time, it will cause pollution of the filter cotton, making the filter cotton unable to supply air normally, resulting in a decrease in pressure inside the spray booth and a decrease in spraying effect.
8. The grille of the retractable mobile spray booth should be cleaned at least once every two months. Blocking the grille is strictly prohibited. Clean the exhaust pipe once every three months.
9. The water depth of the water tank is normal, generally 10-15 cm, and should not exceed 20 cm.
10. If the intake filter cotton and fine filter cotton are seriously polluted, do not clean them, replace them immediately.
11. The filter cotton in the spray booth cannot be cleaned indefinitely. The intake filter cotton is usually replaced once a month, and the fine filter cotton is usually replaced once every three months.
12. The water curtain water pipe should be cleaned every 10 days, and blockage is strictly prohibited.
13. Fire prevention measures must be taken for the retractable mobile spray booth.
