1. Product Overview
This product uses high-energy, high-ozone UV ultraviolet light beams, oxidation reaction catalyst plates, and high-energy ion generators to degrade malodorous gases (organic waste gases), changing the molecular chain structure of malodorous gases such as ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide, and styrene, sulfides H2S, VOCs, benzene, toluene, and xylene. Through high-energy ultraviolet light irradiation, catalyst oxidation reactions, and positive oxygen ion oxidation reactions, the organic or inorganic high-molecular malodorous compound molecular chains are degraded and transformed into low-molecular compounds such as CO2 and H2O.

3. Working Principle
High-energy, high-ozone UV ultraviolet light beams decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, i.e., active oxygen. Because the positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen are unbalanced, they need to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. UV+O2→O-+O*(active oxygen) O+O2→O3(ozone). Ozone is known to have a strong oxidizing effect on organic matter and has an immediate effect on removing malodorous gases and other irritating odors. After the malodorous gas is input into this purification equipment using exhaust equipment, the purification equipment uses high-energy UV ultraviolet light beams and ozone to carry out synergistic decomposition and oxidation reactions on the malodorous gas, causing the malodorous gas substances to be degraded and converted into low-molecular compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, which are then discharged outdoors through the exhaust pipe.
When the catalyst plate (titanium dioxide) is irradiated with ultraviolet light, it generates chemically active superoxide anion free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals, which attack organic matter and achieve the effect of degrading organic matter. Titanium dioxide is a non-elution type material. While thoroughly decomposing organic pollutants and killing bacteria, it does not decompose or elute itself, the photocatalytic effect is long-lasting, and it has a long-lasting sterilization and pollutant degradation effect.
Since the sewage waste gas and UV ultraviolet light beam decomposition will not be completely neutralized, the ozone that is not completely decomposed is subjected to secondary adsorption through the ozone decomposer.
