Structure and Working Principle of Pulse Jet Filter Bag Dust Collector:
I) Structure of the Bag Dust Collector:
This dust collector consists of several main parts: a filter plate filtration system, an upper section, an upper casing, or a chain scraper, and a ladder.
1. Upper casing, filter plate filtration system, air storage tank, and pulse valve.
2. Lower casing including filter bags, cages, and inlet and outlet air pipes.
3. Ladder platform including a straight ladder.
4. The pulse cleaning device uses a program timed control method.
II) Working Principle of the Dust Collector with Filter Bags and Dust Collector Fan:
Under the action of the system's main fan, the dusty gas enters the dust collector's pre-dust collection chamber from the inlet. The dusty airflow changes direction after hitting the baffle plate and flows into the hopper. At the same time, the flow rate slows down, and under the action of inertia and dust, coarser particles directly fall into the hopper and are discharged from the ash discharge mechanism, playing a role in pre-dust collection. Other lighter and finer dust particles are sucked upward and adsorbed onto the outer surface of the filter bags. After filtration, the clean gas passes through the filter bags, enters the upper casing, and is discharged through the outlet pipe. As the filtration process continues, the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter bags will increase, correspondingly increasing the operating resistance of the equipment. Pulse-controlled gas is used for automatic back-blowing cleaning to ensure the continuous permeability of the filter bags, and the cleaning is carried out in a row-by-row cycle.
III) Characteristics of Pulse Bag Negative Pressure Central Dust Collection Equipment:
1. For key components affecting main performance, such as pulse valves, the service life of easily worn parts such as diaphragms exceeds 1 million times, ensuring reliable quality and stable operation.
2. A pre-dust collection mechanism is designed, which not only overcomes the shortcomings of dust directly scouring and wearing the filter bags but can also handle high-concentration dust in the woodworking industry.
3. The dust collector uses negative pressure dust removal. The dust does not pass through the fan, and the fan efficiency is about 10% higher than that of positive pressure dust removal, and the noise is reduced by more than 10 decibels compared to the MSK series.
4. Using specially treated filter materials, the dust removal rate reaches more than 99%, and the treated exhaust gas meets indoor emission standards. Especially in northern regions, the filtered clean warm air will be directly transported to the production workshop through pipelines, significantly reducing the company's heating costs.
5. Based on the amount and level of workshop equipment, and considering the investment cost, variable frequency energy-saving technology is integrated to minimize the operating power consumption of the equipment.
6. It has automatic protection functions to reduce the probability of explosion hazards.
7. The main unit is equipped with an explosion-proof pressure relief door to minimize losses in case of accidents.
8. The design of mutually independent induced draft systems allows for independent maintenance of a single fan in case of failure, avoiding affecting production.
9. Thoughtful smoke detection alarm devices, combined with fire extinguishing functions connected to the fire protection network.
Spark detection and extinguishing device
The spark detection and water spray extinguishing system can independently detect sparks in each main conveying pipeline. If sparks are detected, high-pressure water will be sprayed into the pipeline where sparks are detected to extinguish the sparks, and sound/light alarms will be triggered. At the same time, corresponding relay output signals are provided to the production line control system, interlocking the fan and production line equipment to stop, ensuring the safe operation of the production line.
