1. Paint Spray Booth
Principle and structure of the dust-free spray paint booth designed and manufactured by Jinan Tiansheng Environmental Protection: The entire structure is prefabricated. The body uses a mother-and-child plug-in type insulation wall panel, with good sealing and insulation performance. It features an aluminum alloy clad door with an observation window in the center, allowing for real-time observation of the interior; a work door is installed on the side of the body for easy access for personnel; filter cotton and a low-noise, high-volume air blower are used to ensure perfect paint spraying results.
During spraying, the outside air is pre-filtered through the air intake, then sent into the static pressure chamber of the paint room by the blower. After secondary filtration through the top filter cotton, it flows evenly into the paint room workspace. The airflow forms an air curtain around the workpiece from top to bottom. At this time, the air velocity inside the paint booth is >0.3m/s, and the paint mist produced during spraying will not stay in the operator's breathing zone, but will quickly descend with the airflow. The airflow is then filtered by the bottom water filter and discharged at high altitude through the exhaust duct.
