Features of Mobile Telescopic Spray Booth

2 Mobile Telescopic Spray Booth Structure and Composition
(1) Track: 11kg light-weight ground track is used as the telescopic mobile track. Limit switches are set at specific positions at the start and end of the track.
(2) Mobile frame body: Composed of mobile gantry structure, telescopic body support, telescopic control connecting rod, body sealing cloth, etc.
(3) The mobile gantry structure is the telescopic traction support of the telescopic spray booth. It includes the gantry, telescopic mobile drive frame, and telescopic warning lights. The telescopic power device is the telescopic mobile frame and the drive motor, gearbox, drive wheel, and its transmission system installed on the telescopic frame. The mobile gantry is installed on the telescopic drive frame.
(4) Telescopic body support: Includes vertical moving frame, beam, and driven wheel. It is the main
steel structure support system of the telescopic body. Used for the transmission of tensile force in the length direction of the body and the support and fixation of the sealing cloth. The last set of supports is a fixed support, and the bottom of the vertical support of the other supports is equipped with passive rollers to support the supports and reduce the moving resistance.
(5) Telescopic control system: Divided into two groups, left and right. Each group consists of upper and lower oblique connecting rods, vertical connecting rods, connecting sleeves, fastening bolts, isolation shims, etc. The middle connecting shaft of the oblique connecting rod is fixed to the vertical support, and both ends are connected to the shafts of adjacent oblique connecting rods. The topmost shaft of the upper group is connected to the vertical connecting rod, and through the vertical connecting rod, it is connected to the connection point of the upper oblique connecting rod of the lower group. The gantry and the fixed vertical support are connected to the oblique connecting rod of the adjacent vertical moving frame through a half connecting rod. The role of the oblique connecting rod is to evenly distribute the telescopic length of the gantry to the moving support, ensuring the consistency of the front and rear telescopic movement of the entire body. The role of the vertical connecting rod is to ensure the consistency of the telescopic movement of the upper and lower sets of telescopic connecting rods, thereby ensuring the vertical movement of the gantry and each moving support.
(6) High-strength film-coated flame-retardant cloth is used as the sealing cloth for the telescopic spray booth.
3. Basic Functional Principle of Mobile Telescopic Spray Booth
(1) The telescopic mobile spray booth has a certain original length and changes the total length of the body by increasing and decreasing the distance between the telescopic frames. PVC film-coated flame-retardant cloth with a width of 1650mm is used as the sealing cloth. Therefore, a mobile support with rollers is designed every 1650mm, and an auxiliary support without rollers is designed between the mobile roller supports for auxiliary fixation of the sealing cloth and to prevent collision and friction between the rollers after the roller frame is retracted.
(2) The telescopic movement of the spray booth is powered by the drive trolley installed under the gantry. The drive trolley is equipped with a drive motor, reducer, drive wheel, and its transmission device. Chain transmission is used between the motor and the reducer to ensure accurate transmission. The drive wheel adopts dual-wheel drive to prevent and reduce errors caused by the slippage of the single-wheel drive. At the same time, in order to effectively eliminate the slippage of the drive wheel, a counterweight box is installed on the drive trolley to increase the pressure between the drive wheel and the track, generating sufficient friction.
(3) The telescopic control connecting rod is an effective structure to ensure the uniform expansion and contraction of the telescopic spray booth moving frame. Telescopic connection
rods are set on both the left and right sides. Each set of telescopic connecting rods includes 2 sets of oblique connecting rods and 1 set of vertical connecting rods. The oblique connecting rods are fixed in the middle of the upper and lower ends of the moving frame. Two oblique connecting rods are fixed at each fixed point, and they are connected to the connecting rods of the adjacent moving frame to form two connection points above and below. Therefore, one group of four connection points is formed between every two moving frames. The uppermost connection point of each group of connection points is connected to the third connection point from the top through a vertical connecting rod. Under the principle of congruent rectangles, the distance between each telescopic frame is ensured to be consistent.
