Precautions for using a spray booth
Precautions for using a spray booth:
1. Before spraying, check that the spraying air pressure is normal and ensure that the filter system is clean;
2. Check the air compressor and oil-water-dust separator, and keep the spray hose clean.
3. Spray guns, spray hoses, and paint cans should be stored in a clean place;
4. Except for dust removal with an air gun and tack cloth, all other pre-spraying procedures should be completed outside the paint booth;
5. Only spraying and baking processes can be carried out in the paint booth, and the paint booth door can only be opened when vehicles enter and exit. When opening the door, the air circulation system during spraying must be activated to generate positive pressure, ensuring that dust from outside cannot enter the booth;
6. Designated spray suits and safety protective equipment must be worn before entering the paint booth to operate;
7. When baking, flammable items in the paint booth must be removed outside;
8. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to enter the paint booth.
