Environmentally friendly telescopic booth It consists of a chamber body, an exhaust device, and a paint mist treatment device. The chamber body is usually a steel structure, and concrete is often used to construct the filter frame and exhaust pipe. During spraying, the blower and exhaust fan start simultaneously (if the working environment temperature needs to be increased in winter, the heating system should also start simultaneously). The air volume of the exhaust fan directly affects the direction and speed of the airflow in the paint mist. The air filter enters the heating blower unit, and then sends the treated airflow to the static pressure chamber at the top of the environmentally friendly telescopic booth. The filter cotton at the bottom of the static pressure chamber filters the airflow entering the spray booth in a laminar flow manner. From top to bottom, a gentle airflow is formed around the workpiece and the operator, so the residual paint mist generated during spraying will follow the airflow and will not spread to the surroundings, thus protecting the workers' occupational safety. The average wind speed in the room is 0.3 to 0.5 m/s. Under the action of the orderly airflow, the air containing paint mist passes through the grille and enters the exhaust slot.
Due to the sudden refraction of the airflow caused by the inertia of the paint mist particles, most of the paint mist passes through around the baffle below the groove grille. When remaining on the baffle, the remaining fine paint mist particles are again passed through the paint mist filter cotton below the baffle to filter the residual paint mist particles with airflow. The purified airflow is explosively discharged to the high altitude outdoors through the exhaust fan. When the workpiece needs to be dried, the hot air supply system can be designed to circulate and heat the air supply, and the environmentally friendly telescopic booth continuously heats the air in the spray booth and on the surface of the workpiece to ensure that the paint film on the surface of the workpiece is dry.
